About Euclid Annealing kilns: Walls and roofs are built with ceramic fiber board or insulating firebrick. The floor is firebrick for maximum durability. Vermiculite board backs up all sides. Annealing kilns if the same model can be stacked.
The frame is welded angle steel, giving excellent overall rigidity and strength. We can completely customize our kilns in any way to suit your application.
Kilns are usually quoted with a programmable controller . Optional overtemp safety controls available.
We also have in-house experience with glass processing and can provide supplies and assistance for mold making.
