The Garlic Plate tool was fine tuned to create ridges perfect for grating garlic! You can use the top of the tool to shape the lip of plates by pulling up the edges and adding smooth curves. The ridges on the bottom of the Garlic Plate Tool are designed for altering the face of the plate. Whether pressed onto clay on a spinning wheel or dragged across a slab, the depth and distance between each zig and zag was tested for peak garlic grating when you rub a clove over the texture created.
