Spend a weekend with Brendan in the studio making and discussing teapots!
Teapots let us study how aesthetics and function can inform one another, and let us practice broad skills like making well-fitting lids, well-pouring spouts, and nice comfy handles. In addition to traditional clay handles, he will also demonstrate cane handles and guide participants through making one.
*To get the most from this workshop, you should be able to comfortably center and throw 2-3 pounds of clay on the wheel.
