Have you ever wanted to make your own masterpiece in resin and
weren’t sure where to start? Join us for this exciting hands-on
beginner’s workshop and we’ll guide you through the process of
resin painting from start to finish.
In this workshop you will design and create a 12-14’’ live edge
charcuterie board.
All materials will be provided to you in this workshop, including the
resin, large selection of micas and pigment pastes for colour
selection, safety gear and aprons.
The instructor will demonstrate unique pattern techniques including
the signature wave technique, as well as how to measure and mix
the resin and pigments.
This class is designed for beginners and will provide step by step
instructions and ample time to complete your projects. Students
who have done resin art before may find that the Advanced Resin
Art Workshop is better suited for their creative interests.
Resin art takes a minimum of 48hrs to fully cure. You will have the
option of leaving your pieces at the studio to fully cure or take your
piece home wet. We will provide a tray for transportation should
you want to take the piece home wet.
