This class introduces young artists to the awesome world of watercolour! We’ll take the
students on a fun ride through some of the key skills and techniques used to create some
beautiful watercolour pieces. Some techniques include wet on wet, wet on dry, gradients,
colour blending, salt, relief painting, resistance painting, and bubbles! Projects
will frequently be focused on animals, seasons and nature. No previous experience is expected.

Watercolour paper, watercolour paints, paint brushes, crayons, markers, paint palettes, aprons
Ages 5-11
Runs Wednesdays, 4:30-6pm
